Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we provide international shipping to select countries. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the check out. Simply add to cart and proceed to the checkout. 

How do I return an item?

You must notify our team by emailing pssypourhomme@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must then be posted to us within 7 days of receiving the order. Our return shipping address: 485 Brunswick Street, Ngár-Go (Fitzroy North), 3068, Naarm (Melbourne), Australia. Any returns posted after 7 days of receiving your order will not be accepted. Returns must be posted at buyer’s expense. How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation when your item is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number for your order. If you are having trouble please email us at pssypourhomme@gmail.com with your order number.

What are your delivery options?

Free shipping for all orders within Australia with Australia post. (2-8 business days)

If you need your item quickly, you can upgrade to Express Shipping at the check out. (1-4 business days)

 RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, you must notify our team by emailing pssypourhomme@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must then be posted to us within 7 days of receiving the order. Shipping address: 485 Brunswick Street, Ngár-Go (Fitzroy North), 3068, Naarm (Melbourne), Australia.

Any returns posted after this time will not be accepted. Returns must be posted at buyer’s expense.

We require customers to send returns by a registered form of Australia Post (Registered Post or Express Post) or recognised courier and email the tracking number to pssypourhomme@gmail.com

If the return is approved, you will receive a refund of the item price minus the initial shipping cost of $15 (within Australia) or the international shipping cost (for buyers outside of Australia). Refund will be returned to the card or payment method used at checkout. Any bank or transaction fees may not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.

Please note: we do accept returns on items that are not worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Returned goods must have all tags attached.

 

While we accept returns of most products in their original and re-saleable condition, return of underwear or intimates is not possible due to our hygiene policy and ensuring the safety of our customers. If you have enquiries about the fit of our underwear and intimate styles, please contact us at pssypourhomme@gmail.com and we will help to ensure your selected sizing is correct.


All items are hand-made locally in Naarm. Please be aware that with local production comes unique manufacturing quirks. We have in house quality control checks and standards, and would only send products we are proud of. If there are any defects or quality issues with the product you receive, please contact us at pssypourhomme@gmail.com and we will organise a refund or exchange on the product.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at pssypourhmme@gmail.com. Orders can only be cancelled if POUR HOMME is contacted prior to shipping. Thereafter, customers must follow the Returns policy.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Pussy Pour Homme is committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. We do send newsletters regularly, however once your email is registers, we will keep you up to date with any exciting updates or new product launches.
If you no longer wish to receive these communications it will contain the necessary information to opt out. We do not disclose your personal information to any entities or individuals.  

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully.  The Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, govern the use of this site and apply to all purchases made from this site. By using this site and/or placing orders or submitting purchase orders from this site, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy as binding. 

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRODUCTION TIME

We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received. Once your refund is actioned by us please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be available again in your account. Orders placed by you are irrevocable.  Receipt of any order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor create any binding purchase contract.  We may at any time after receipt of your order accept or decline your order for any reason or make part delivery of any multiple item orders. If an item is out of stock we will cancel and refund your order.

 

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we will contact you about exchange or refund.
Made to Order garments have a delivery estimate only. This delivery timeframe is subject to change. We will notify you of any delays to the production of your order.

 

USE OF INFORMATION
Missing or falsely provided information may result in delaying your order or cancellation of your order. In the event of missing information, we will endeavour to contact you with the information you have provided. By placing an order through the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

 

DELIVERY

Stated delivery times are estimates only.  We are not responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Items not received due to incorrectly entered delivery addresses cannot be retrieved and cannot be refunded.

 

DUTIES

Please note that some orders may incur a duty or customs charge. We are unable to advise this at the time of purchase.

All related duties and customs charges are to be paid by the customer.

 

LIABILITY

POUR HOMME is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. You assume all risk of use of all features of a Site. You release POUR HOMME of all responsibility for any consequences of their use.

We do not represent or warrant that the information on our website is accurate and we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update any information without prior notice.

 

WARRANTY

Warranty will be dealt with on a case by case basis. As a general rule, all products are covered with a 30 day warranty for any manufacturing faults, which covers any component or structure of the item being faulty, or not as described. Pictures will be required prior to any Return Authorisation being issued.

POUR HOMME will not be responsible for any faults or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
